Summary:	The Seuzach municipal Council has granted a building permit for the conversion of a kindergarten into an emergency shelter for asylum seekers and the construction of a new one on a plot of land. Various parties filed an appeal against this, but it was rejected. As a result, they filed a complaint with the Administrative Court in order to annul the decisions. The administrative court dismissed the appeal and ruled that the construction project is compatible with the legal provisions. The court costs are imposed on the complainants by one fifth.
