Summary:	The City Council of Zurich approved the purchase of three properties for a total price of over 32 million Swiss francs and approved loans for urgent remedial work. A, B and C filed appeals to annul the decisions, but were dismissed. As a result, they filed a complaint with the Administrative Court, which found that the city council may have violated the order of competence and annulled the decisions. The chamber decided that the municipal council was responsible for the purchase and the decisions of the city council should be annulled. The court costs amount to CHF 2,380, and A, B and C receive a party compensation of CHF 2,500.
