Summary:	The construction department of the City of Zurich granted E and D a building permit for extensions to their single-family house. On the other hand, H and I, as well as B and A, appealed, which was dismissed. B and A filed a complaint to the Administrative Court in order to shorten the cultivation. The construction appeal court dismissed the appeal, and the administrative court ruled that the cultivation complies with the boundary distance. The complainants argued that the limit distance was not respected. The administrative court decided that the cultivation must be shortened in order to maintain the border distance. The respondents must bear the costs and pay a party compensation.
