Summary:	The Construction and Planning Commission of the municipality of Erlenbach rejected a preliminary decision request regarding the development of a plot of land. After an appeal, the Building appeals Court united the proceedings and annulled the decision. The municipality of Erlenbach complained to the administrative court, which confirmed the access solution via a car lift. The complainant complained about the traffic safety and the equipment of the area development, whereby the court carried out the legal control. The order to cancel public parking was considered inadmissible. The appeal was partially approved, with the court costs being imposed on 3/4 of the appellant and 1/4 of the respondent1.
