Summary:	The construction commission of the municipality of Küsnacht approved the AAG to replace the antenna modules on a mobile radio antenna system. Several residents appealed against it, and the building appeals court granted their appeal. The AAG filed an appeal, but it was dismissed. The question was whether a new building permit was necessary. The Administrative Court ruled that the complaint was unfounded and the costs are imposed on the complainant.
