Summary:	AAG initially received the building permit for the demolition and reconstruction of a weekend house, but was later denied the permit for project changes. The local council ordered the dismantling of all unapproved components. The AAG appealed unsuccessfully and subsequently filed a complaint, which, however, was written off as meaningless due to the change of ownership of the parcel. The costs were imposed on the AAG.
