Summary:	A has been financially supported since 2010, but owns a property in country D, which he is supposed to sell. He did not appeal several decisions that led to a reduction in his social assistance. Despite repeated requests, he did not sell the property, which led to another reduction. He filed a complaint, but it was rejected because the sale was reasonable for him. The court decided that the new reduction is justified, since A did not fulfill the requirements. The total court costs of Fr. 600.- A are imposed.
