Summary:	The Zurich Public Transport Company has carried out a selective procurement procedure for tram procurement, in which AAG and DAG were involved. After various procedural steps and expert opinions, the contract for the tram procurement Ersatz Tram2000 was awarded to the DAG. The complainant, AAG, filed an appeal against this decision and challenged various points of the assessment. The Administrative Court examined the complaint and found that some points of the assessment need to be corrected, including the weighting of the sub-criteria and the assessment of certain items in the specifications. Overall, the complaint was partially approved and the evaluation was adjusted in some points. The Zurich public transport authorities have been instructed to correct the assessment accordingly. The amount of court costs is CHF 5000.
