Summary:	The tax office of municipality B asked the debtor to secure taxes and costs, since he did not have a residence in Switzerland. The obligee objected, stating that he had been abroad temporarily. The court examined the housing situation of the obligor and decided that the tax threat still exists. The appeal was rejected, and the court costs of CHF 2'560.-- were imposed on the debtor.
