Summary:	A, a qualified person, did not file a tax return from the 2009 tax period despite a request and reminder. The Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich, Division 2, ruled in a judgment of January 31, 2018 that A was assessed accordingly for the tax periods 2009 to 2012. The administrative judges Andreas Frei, Leana Isler and Elisabeth Trachsel as well as the court clerk Jsabelle Mayer were involved in the decision. The action was represented by the FOPH and concerned the state and municipal taxes as well as the Direct federal tax for the years 2009 to 2012.
