Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Canton met in a meeting chaired by Ms Byrde and the judges Mr Colombini and Ms Rouleau to decide on an appeal by N.________SA against a decision of 3 October 2019. The matter between N.________SA and J.________ and the Office des poursuites du District de Morges concerned the proper notification of a request for payment and the timely filing of an appeal. The first judge ruled that the notification of the order for payment to an unauthorized person was not in accordance with the rules, and the debtor's appeal was allowed. After a comprehensive examination, the appeal of N.________SA was approved and the matter was referred back to the lower supervisory authority for re-examination.
