Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the canton met in a closed session to decide on the appeal of X.________ against the decision of the District Court President of Nyon. It was about the seizure of the salary of X.________ by the Debt Enforcement Office of the Nyon district. Five vehicles were seized, including a BMW X6, a Renault 5 Turbo and a Ferrari 550 Maranello. X.________ argued that the value of the seized vehicles exceeded the claim, and therefore the attachment of the salary was unjustified. The authorities estimated the car values differently, and it was decided to conduct a new estimate by an expert. The objection of X.________ was accepted, the decision was annulled and referred back to the lower supervisory authority for reconsideration.
