Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Cantonal Court has decided on an appeal of O.________ against the decision of the President of the District Court of La Côte to reject a second estimate in relation to a real estate seizure. O.________ had requested several extensions to make the advance payment for the estimate, which was considered delaying. Despite several extensions, the commissioned expert was not able to visit the property. The authority decided that the possibility of a second estimate should not be used for delaying purposes. The appeal of O.________ was rejected and the decision was confirmed.
