Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Cantonal Court deals with an appeal by W.__ against a decision of the Justice of the Peace of the District of Lausanne in a foreclosure case. The justice of the peace ordered the final annulment of the objection and imposed the court costs of CHF 150 on the losing party. The losing party then objected to the decision and asked for clarification of the distribution of costs. The judge confirmed the decision and imposed the court costs of CHF 135 on the state. The loser will receive his advance payment of CHF 135 back.
