Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Cantonal Court deals with the objection of the company A.__AG from Zug against a decision of the Justice of the Peace of the district of Ouest Lausannois in a case against S.__ from Renens. The company had obtained a payment order for 4,243 francs 60 and 10 francs against S.__, who then filed a full objection. After a series of procedural steps, the appeal was dismissed and the court costs of CHF 180 were imposed on the company. The judge M. Maillard and the judges M. Colombini and Mme Byrde decided in favor of A.__AG.
