Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Cantonal Court has decided on an objection by X.P. against an attachment. X.P. had resisted a payment order issued due to arrears of alimony from a court judgment. Although X.P. had concluded an agreement on financial matters with his ex-wife, the objection was upheld. The court order was amended accordingly, and the costs were imposed on the plaintiff. X.P. was also awarded compensation. The decision can be challenged in the Federal Court.
