Summary:	The court has confirmed the final cancellation of the statement of objection of A.R.________ against an attachment and bankruptcy measure. A.R._______ had objected to the seizure and bankruptcy measure, as it was inadmissible. However, the court concluded that the measure was admissible. A.R.________ must therefore bear the costs of the procedure. The verdict is final. Explaination: The judgment was handed down by the Swiss Chamber of Attachment and Bankruptcy in Lausanne on April 8, 2020. A.R._______ had filed an objection against a seizure and bankruptcy measure of the Office des poursuites du district de Lavaux-Oron. The court concluded that the measure was admissible and therefore upheld the decision of the lower instance, which annulled the appeal. A.R.________ must therefore bear the costs of the procedure. The judgment is final, i.e. it can no longer be appealed.
