Summary:	The Court of Debts and Insolvencies made a decision on April 8, 2020, after A.M. filed an appeal against a decision of November 8, 2019, issued by the Justice of the Peace of the Lavaux-Oron District. The decision concerned the final annulment of the objection lodged by A.M. against a prosecution by the Lavaux-Oron District Debt Office, which was carried out at the request of the Canton of Vaud. The court costs were set at 360 francs, which A.M. must bear. A.M. had appealed against the decision, but the court declared the appeal inadmissible and published the decision at no cost.
