Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Cantonal Court has decided a legal dispute between D.__ and N.__. D.__ had sued N.__ for payment of CHF 21,000, based on an acknowledgement of debt signed by N.__. However, N.__ had objected, arguing that the underlying contract, which provided for an interest rate of 91.5%, was immoral and therefore void. The court agreed with N.__ and dismissed D.__'s lawsuit. It decided that D.__ must bear the court costs of CHF 540.
