Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Cantonal Court has decided on an appeal case concerning a cost decision in a foreclosure case. The complaint was filed by U.________ against the cost decision of the Justice of the Peace of the district of La Riviera - Pays-d'Enhaut. After U.________ and C.________, who had taken over the rights of the insolvent E.________SA, withdrew their applications, the justice of the peace decided that the costs should be imposed on the resigning parties. U._______ filed an appeal against the cost decision, which, however, was dismissed as unfounded. The court costs for the appellate instance were imposed u.________.
