Summary:	On 18 December 2019, the Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Cantonal Court negotiated an appeal by E.________ against a decision of the Justice of the Peace of the District of Morges in a dispute with P.________ Sàrl. The appeal concerned the cancellation of the objection to a payment request in the amount of CHF 350. After examining the documents, the court decided that the claim was justified and the appeal was approved. The court costs were imposed on the losing party, as well as the reimbursement of legal fees. The decision is final and can be challenged in federal court.
