Summary:	The Cour des poursuites et faillites of the Cantonal Court deals with an appeal by the municipality of W.________ against a decision of the justice of the peace in the case of F.________ in W._______. The municipality had applied for a payment order against F.________ for unpaid bills for waste disposal, but this one appealed. The justice of the peace rejected the application for the cancellation of the objection, since the municipality could not prove that the bills had legal force. The appeal against this decision was rejected because the notification to F.________ had not been done properly. The municipality was ordered to pay the court costs.
