Summary:	The Cour d'appel pénale has ruled on several appeals related to a previous court decision. A.________, B.W.________ and T.W._______ had appealed against the judgment of the Tribunal de police de l'arrondissement de La Broye et du Nord vaudois. The Cour d'appel pénale dealt with the appeals and decided that the appeal of A.________ is rejected, while the appeals of B.W.________ and T.W.________ were partially successful. It was also decided that the defender of A.________ should resign from his post. The costs for the appeal procedure were also determined and divided. The judgment of the Cour d'appel pénale is final and can be challenged in the Federal Court.
