Summary:	The Cour d'appel Pénale has sentenced K.________ to imprisonment for 3 years and 6 months in a case of lésions corporelles simples qualifiées, voies de fait qualifiées, menaces qualifiées, attempted sexual assault and rape. The court also ordered the expulsion of K.________ from Switzerland for 8 years and ordered his immediate arrest. K.________ appealed the verdict, but the court confirmed the conviction. Nevertheless, the court did not change the sentence and maintained the expulsion. K.________ argues that he repented of his actions and improved, but the court decided that the punishment is appropriate and full remission of punishment is not provided.
