Summary:	A verdict of the Criminal Court of December 13, 2019 was reviewed, in which P.________ was found guilty of gang and professional theft, property damage, trespassing, violation of the Weapons Act and the Aliens and Integration Act and sentenced to a prison sentence of 30 months. Despite an announcement of the appeal by the lawyer, no written statement of appeal was filed within the set deadline, which is why the appeal of P.________ was declared inadmissible. The court costs in the amount of 330 francs were imposed on the state, and the verdict is enforceable. An appeal against the verdict can be submitted to the Federal Court within 30 days.
