Summary:	X.________ as defendant and appellant, represented by lawyer Yann Oppliger, as well as the Public Prosecutor's Office, represented by the Prosecutor of the District of La Côte, were present at the court session of December 19, 2019 of the Criminal Appeals Court. The court noted that X.________ accepted a fine for moral damage and was guilty of coercion. X.________ appealed the verdict, while the prosecutor's office demanded a longer term of imprisonment and a fine. The court upheld the district Court's ruling and dismissed the appeals. The costs of the appeal procedure were also determined. X.________ and the prosecutor's office have the opportunity to appeal to the Federal Court within 30 days.
