Summary:	The Cour d'appel Pénale has dealt with a case in which X._________ and Y.________ were accused in a trial on 4 February 2020. X.________ was found guilty of forgery of documents and commercial fraud and sentenced to imprisonment for 24 months, with a probation period of 5 years. Y.________ was acquitted. S.________SA, another party in the proceedings, was invited to file their civil claims in the Civil Court. The court costs were partly imposed on X.________ and partly on S.________SA. Y.________ received compensation for the costs of the trial. The verdict can be appealed to the Federal Court within 30 days.
