Summary:	At a meeting on 13 January 2020, the Cour d'appel Pénale decided on a case based on a previous judgment of the Federal Criminal Court of 20 November 2019. It was about allegations of fraud and asset forfeiture at the expense of creditors. After a series of court rulings and appeals, the case was finally referred back to the cantonal authority.
