Summary:	The President of the Criminal Court discussed the appeal proceedings of X.________ and the joint appeal of the Prosecutor of the District of Est vaudois against the verdict of the District Criminal Court of Est vaudois of July 18, 2019. X.________ was found guilty of a simple violation of traffic rules and sentenced to a fine of 450 CHF. He appealed, demanding an amendment to the verdict, as well as adequate compensation for his defense costs. The prosecutor demanded a higher fine. It was established that X.________ has already been convicted of similar offenses in the past. The court decided that the prosecutor's appeal is admissible and dismissed the applications of X.________. The amount of court costs was determined, and the losing party was male.
