Summary:	The Cour d'appel Pénale acquitted K.__ of some charges in a verdict of November 18, 2019, but sentenced him to a prison sentence of 36 months for assault, theft, qualified threat and violation of the Weapons Act. K.__ was held in pre-trial detention and the court costs of CHF 22,715 were imposed on him. He was also ordered to repay the expenses of his public defender if his financial situation allows. K.__ has appealed against this verdict, demanding a change in the sentence, as well as compensation for his expenses and compensation for unlawful detention. The prosecutor demands the rejection of the appeal.
