On July 20, 2012, a dispute arose between them, in which M.________ H.________ is said to have insulted and threatened. H.________ sued M.________ for damages in the amount of 50,000 euros. She claimed that she had suffered psychological damage as a result of the insults and threats. M.________ denied the allegations and claimed that he had expressed himself only in self-defense. The court concluded that the claim is well-founded. It established that M.________ H.________ actually insulted and threatened. The insults consisted in the fact that M.________ called H.________ as an old woman and a slut. The threats consisted in the fact that M.________ H.________ threatened to slay her. The court therefore sentenced M.________ to damages in the amount of 50,000 euros. M.________ must now also bear the costs of the legal dispute.
