Summary:	The Chambre des Recours Civile of the Canton of Vaud has negotiated an objection by Y.________ against the decision of the Commercial Register of October 31, 2019. The Commercial Register had decided that the application for the cancellation of the company S.________ SNC, which was signed only by Y.________, was not valid, since according to Art. 17 ORC, the application must be signed by all shareholders. Y.________ accepted the dissolution of the company, but objected to the fees and penalties. The Chambre des Recours Civile confirmed the decision of the Commercial Register and dismissed the appeal, as the required fees were justified. Y.________ was obliged to pay the court costs.
