Summary:	The Cour d'appel civile has decided on the appeal procedure in a case of divorce. The case concerns the couple B.N.________ and A.N.________, who divorced. It was about the distribution of occupational pension funds in accordance with Art. 124a CC. A.N._______ appealed against the verdict of the court of first instance and demanded the recalculation of the pension distribution. The court ruled that the costs of the appeal proceedings of CHF 600 are to be borne by B.N.________ and he has to pay CHF 2,600 A.N.________ for court costs and expenses.
