Summary:	The Cour d'appel civile has decided on an appeal procedure in which the defendant was required to pay a certain sum of money to a plaintiff. Although the defendant acknowledged part of the claim, he protested against other aspects of the verdict. However, the court found that the appeal does not meet the requirements for motivation and form, and therefore it was declared inadmissible. No court costs were charged for the second instance, as the appeal was rejected. The verdict is final and can be appealed in the Federal Court.
