Summary:	In a judgment of 21 January 2020, the Chambre des recours civile of the Cantonal Court ruled on an appeal filed by U.________ against the final decision of the Justice of the Peace of the Ouest lausannois district of 25 March 2019. The appeal was declared inadmissible because it was not sufficiently substantiated and did not contain any specific financial claims. The Chambre des recours civile ruled that there are no court costs for the second instance and the judgment is enforceable. It was found that the value of the dispute is less than 30,000 francs and an appeal to the Federal Court is possible, provided that certain conditions are met.
