Summary:	In the present case, B.V. and D.V. have appealed against the order of the President of the Civil Judicial District of La Broye and Nord vaudois of April 29, 2019 on protective measures for the marital union. After several pleadings and an oral hearing on January 13, 2020, the parties signed an agreement, which was ratified by the judge as an appeal judgment on the protective measures of the marital union. The agreement regulates, among other things, alimony and financial matters. The court costs of the second instance were determined and divided, whereby B.V. must bear the costs of his appeal. The lawyer of D.V. receives compensation, which must be repaid by B.V. if the conditions are met. The judgment is enforceable and can be challenged in federal court within 30 days.
