Summary:	The decision of the Civil Chamber of January 16, 2020 deals with an appeal against a foreclosure order issued by a justice of the peace. According to an agreement between the parties, the tenant should vacate an apartment by October 31, 2019, otherwise a foreclosure would be carried out. Despite an unsuccessful appeal, the foreclosure was carried out on January 15, 2020. The court ruled that the appeal against the foreclosure order had become obsolete and the matter was removed from the register. No court costs have been charged and the judgment is enforceable.
