Summary:	The Chambre des Recours Civile of the Cantonal Court has decided on an appeal filed by several defendants against a decision of the judge of the Cantonal Chamber of Property. The defendants were previously declared inadmissible in a similar appeal procedure due to their lack of party status. Nevertheless, they again filed a recourse, which was again declared inadmissible. The decision of the Chambre des Recours Civile was based on the inadmissibility of the appeal in accordance with Article 322 paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Act. No court costs were charged for the appeal procedure, as the appeal was unsuccessful.
