Summary:	On 16 April 2020, the Chambre des recours civile of the Cantonal Court decided on an appeal by K.________ from Germany against the rejection of her application for bias against the cantonal judge. The appeal was rejected because there were no grounds for bias. K.________ subsequently filed a complaint, which, however, was declared insufficiently motivated and therefore inadmissible. The court costs of CHF 100 were imposed on K.________.
