The verdict states that A.D. attacked B.D. physically and verbally on several occasions. These attacks were so serious that they made the marriage unacceptable. B.D. is therefore entitled to a divorce. The court also ruled that B.D. is allowed to keep the common house. A.D. is therefore not entitled to a share in the house. However, B.D. has to pay alimony to A.D., since she earns less than him. The costs of the proceedings will be borne by A.D., as he was the complaining party. |
