| Summary: | The judge M. Kaltenrieder has decided on a case concerning the regulation of the right to visit and the financial support of four children. The parties A.D. and B.D. are parents of the children and had reached an agreement, which has now been challenged. A.D. has appealed and is calling for changes regarding visitation rights and financial support for the children. It was found that the financial situation of the parties and the children has not changed significantly since the 2016 agreement. The judge has decided that there is no need to make any changes to the financial support. The relationship between the parties and the children was settled at a later hearing. The court costs have been split, and A.D. has to bear part of the costs. |
