| Summary: | The Chambre des Recours Civile of the Cantonal Court has ruled in a case of appeal against a decision of the President of the Civil Court of the District of Broye and Nord vaudois. The appellant, F.__, had requested to continue to act in his function as the public defender of E.__ in a case for the protection of the marital union against L.__. The Chambre des Recours Civile has ruled that the President's decision to remove F.__ from his post and appoint Laurent Gilliard as his replacement was lawful. The appellant argued, among other things, that his relationship of trust with the legal seeker was not sufficiently disturbed to justify a change of the public defender. The court rejected the appeal and confirmed the president's decision. |
