| Summary: | The present case is a legal dispute between an employee and his former employer. The employee has filed a lawsuit against the employer because he believed that his employment relationship was terminated unlawfully and he is entitled to outstanding leave entitlement. The court ruled that the former employer did not commit a violation of the employee's personal rights and that the employee had sufficient time to look for a job during his time off. The court dismissed the employee's lawsuit and ruled that he must pay the court costs. The employee subsequently filed an appeal, which, however, was dismissed by the court. The judgment is final and can only be challenged in the Federal Court. |
