Summary:	In a judgment of 30 April 2020, the Cour d'appel CIVILE ruled that the defendant U.__ owes the plaintiff P.__ a net amount of CHF 9,966 plus interest. In addition, U.__ must pay the plaintiff a gross amount of CHF 1,424, also with interest. Furthermore, U.__ must issue the plaintiff with a certificate of employment in accordance with Art. 330a OR. The court costs amount to CHF 3,000. The court ruled that U.__ violated her obligations to P.__ and thus did not legally terminate the employment relationship. The court found that U.__ did not take all the necessary measures to defuse the conflict between P.__ and his work colleague. The winning person is male.
