Summary:	In a judgment of 23 April 2020, the Cour d'appel CIVILE ruled that defendant D.__ must pay the plaintiff and__ SA amounts of CHF 50,000 plus interest and CHF 58,200 plus interest. The court costs of a total of CHF 25,395.90 were each half imposed on the parties. The defendant was convicted for violations of his duty of loyalty to the employer. He had transferred funds without permission and made bonus payments without permission. The plaintiff received damages for the illegally received bonus and for fees to an external company. The defendant appealed, but it was dismissed.
