Summary:	K.________, an employee from the Canton of Vaud, had filed a lawsuit against her employer in 2019. The labour court had given her the right, but she had to bear the costs of the proceedings. K.________ could not afford a lawyer and was therefore entitled to a lawyer ex officio. The legal fees were reduced to CHF 3000.- constituted. K.________ appealed against the decision of the Labor Court. The Cantonal Court upheld the appeal and overturned the decision of the Labour Court. The Cantonal Court concluded that the legal fees in this case were disproportionately high. The legal fees were therefore reduced to CHF 1500.- belittle.
