Summary:	The Chambre des Recours Civile has decided on a legal dispute between D.________ and J.________ SA. It was about the distribution of court costs and attorney's fees in connection with an agreement reached between the parties. The dispute concerned defects in structures constructed by D.________. After examining the facts and the agreement reached, in which J.________ SA won in principle, it was decided that the court costs should be borne by one third of D.________ and by two thirds of J.________ SA. The attorney's fees were apportioned accordingly. The verdict can be appealed in the Federal Court.
