Summary:	The Chambre des recours civile of the Tribunal cantonal has rejected an appeal against the fee amount of an expertise in a case of divorce. The experts had prepared a detailed report that answered all the questions asked. The complainant objected to the content of the report and demanded a new expertise. The Court ruled that the complaint was unfounded and dismissed it. In addition, an application for legal assistance was rejected. No court costs were charged for the second instance. The verdict can be appealed to the Federal Court if the value in dispute reaches certain limits.
