Summary:	R._______ filed an appeal against a decision of the Commercial Register of the Canton of Vaud concerning the cancellation of the address and dissolution of the company V.________, as well as the fixing of fees and a fine. The appeal was filed on time, however, R.________ only argued that he had never received a request for documents or information about the named company since he left it about twenty years ago. He did not provide explanations on the elements of the contested decision, which he wanted to challenge. Therefore, the appeal was declared inadmissible. No court costs were charged for the second instance.
