Summary:	The Chambre des recours civile of the Tribunal cantonal has decided in a case of disputes between p.________ and B.________ that p.________ 4'500 fr. plus interest to B.________ must pay. The Court found that the services of B.________, which were provided within the framework of several real estate projects, were adequate and therefore must be paid. P.________ appealed against this decision, but it was rejected. It was found that the activity of B.________ was not free and that the fee claim was justified. The appeal was dismissed, and the court costs were imposed on P.________.
